This guy do you know -- you know you're doing the right thing you know you're producing.

A movie about the right guy.

How hard was it to get -- financed.

Very difficult.

Documentaries just by nature are very difficult to fund.

I'm not a Hollywood guy so it became even harder because I didn't have Access Hollywood money.

We've put together credit cards would put my kids' college fund into it and it came together.

There's a navy ship named after years you son yeah.

And that I am not sure because -- civic twelve clips but it sure it's in the beginning as they break as a christened the ship.

Michael Murphy and -- in the documentary they showed the ship coming out of dry dock up the bath Maine.

And going and two.

And and and only in being commissioned how yeah how was it very painful for you to go through this in no way I've made no attempt.

-- navy is been so good and especially special operations community doesn't I mean.

What what do we like is that it brings not just Michael stories to the attention of America but actually.

All -- special operations you know they're out there each and every day right now right that doing stuff that you never hear about.

Until something tragic happens like in Michael's story.

And there in Afghanistan and -- around the world so I mean -- you're KT McFarland had -- is that it is that -- in the US navy.

They're working each and every day that you don't know anything about so.

It's the documentary it gives America the opportunity to see -- these special operations people do.

Oh I love about -- -- you see the greatness and the values and the courage.

Have Michael even as a kid as he plays soccer and football and his friends talk about it.

Was that almost a surprise to -- you did you research.

It wasn't a surprise but it definitely made my job very easy Michael story is so extraordinary I think that's why people respond to it that's why regal cinemas responded to it and agreed to run the film.

And there was no brainer for me and -- then entrusted me with the story I was honored.

Right and -- and you tapped all -- your finances to get it done.

And it is it is the right thing to do it opens Friday in Regal Entertainment Group theaters nationwide is or -- so we go to see if it's close to us first movie dot com.
