Outrage being expressed over a controversial mandate from one of the nation's largest pharmacies.

CBS is just weeks away from acquiring their employees to hand over personal health information.

Like their weight their body mass index -- glucose levels and more and those who don't fess up or don't want to be part of this are going to be behind.

An annual fine of 600 dollars if you don't turn over this information.

CBS has it just wants to help those employees to be as healthy as they can be.

As you know part time management is now our senior judicial it.

Judicial analyst he's in great shape these days and -- would have no problem turning robber is -- he's happy to -- -- it's.

Soy think.

I think that this is a consequence of the federal government micromanaging.

Health care.

And forcing employers to provide coverage to all employees many who otherwise wouldn't qualify for it.

And forcing them to provide coverage whether the employees needed -- not so.

CBS has 200000.

Employees they now have an interest in hiring.

200000.

Healthy employees think about it if they can save a few dollars a month.

That's a million dollars a month total and twelve million dollars a year at center.

Their job is to maximize profits for their shareholders and make CVS work as efficiently as possible.

So will Obama care resulting in larger people.

With with larger body mass and higher glucose levels not getting -- with acting in unintended consequence.

Of of Obama care.

You know -- there's a couple of things that I see -- at work here one is that if you don't wanna.

Sign up for this program in -- and wanna work at CBS right sits -- -- gonna attract people who are OK with with signing up for the program the other interesting thing to me.

Is that you know every company has a 63 dollar charge now for every employee under Obama care.

So this comes back to about 600 dollars a year so if they decide and I think a lot of companies are gonna look for ways to -- Pass that cost on to the employee from from a lot of care.

One of the reasons this is so expensive is because Obama -- or has a one size fits all.

So what a human being who couldn't possibly use let's say abortion coverage.

Is still paying for it in his or her insurance policy you cannot.

-- and Taylor an insurance policy to your own particular needs what we knew that was coming.

But I don't think we we realized even those of us who didn't read all 2700 pages that have a good understanding of what's in there.

I don't think we we realize the economic effect of people not being able to get jobs because -- are overweight and maybe -- Is it gonna have to decide what's obese and that was last ten pounds heavier than your -- is a twenty pounds is it fifty pence.

-- and it was CBS says about this because they have this statement all personal health data from these screenings are collected and reviewed by a third party administrator.

Rather it is designed to help employees make the best decisions about their own health care they also point out that 79% according to CBS.

79% of companies have some kind of health assessment already in place after their plays and they're saying we're not really out of step with what's going on corporate America.

I think I think they're probably right the reason we're talking about is because it applies to such a huge.

Number of people 200000 right off the bat starting on a week.

And -- fine clearly helps to pass along the cost of Obama care to employees -- so rightly.

Absolutely -- kind of was contrary to what the president and said these insurance policies will cost more.

And the coverage ahead before the federal micromanagement -- always good to see you pleasure thank you -- -- -- working another network.

-- translates to -- yet to sign a no smoking agreement -- Finally was ever forced but I mean that did that the logic was that this was for insurance reasons so maybe there's -- there's got.

Hey how could they don't -- the hunt and breakfast was that was her her -- -- its forgotten then and we don't have it -- hunt for.
