Back to president Obama's trip now for a moment he is set to meet with Palestinian leaders today in the West Bank.

After making stops yesterday in Israel Fox News exclusively sat down -- with Israeli President Shimon Peres chief White House correspondent Ed Henry is live in Jerusalem so -- He had some very strong comments about Iran's nuclear program.

That's right Martha that fact is that both met president Peres -- was prime minister Netanyahu -- watching.

The words of the American president very closely they've had strained.

Relations before but they listen to the president yesterday say at that joint news conference with the prime minister essentially that he would have Israel's back in trying to stop Iran's nuclear program.

President Peres invited me into the garden that he walked yesterday.

About -- -- President Obama he invited us in for this exclusive interview and basically said he believes.

That if all diplomatic options are exhausted that President Obama in his words is not going to be chicken.

And will actually launch military action against Iran to stop its nuclear program to take a listen what he had to say.

US is ready to shoot it if.

Two Israeli cities off the map Haifa and Tel Aviv saying just moments ago that they will bomb those cities in retaliation does the.

Big deal more clearly an escalation.

In the rhetoric at least at this point.

In this situation Ned and of course as we watch yesterday when the president was in Israel there were four rockets fired from Gaza into Israel.

How serious was that attack.

Well fortunately nobody was injured -- we need to stress that.

But the fact that the US president is here on Israeli soil and this morning four rockets according to Israeli police.

Come raining down from Gaza apparently from Hamas.

These Palestinian militants in fact president Peres told me that he believes it was connected -- the fact that President Obama was meeting just hours after those rockets.

A falling down he's meeting with President Abbas.

Over in the west bank and and president Peres told me he believes it was a direct connection Hamas trying to send a message.

And in fact President Obama in his own comments -- a news conference today.

Basically said this is a hindrance in the peace process -- -- Israelis have concerns about rockets flying in to their.

Cities today last night.

And it would be easy for them to say you say this is why we can't have peace.

Because.

No we can't afford to have our kids.

In -- -- sleeping and some -- a rocket comes through the roof.

Now the president going on to say the secretary of state John Kerry who's with them here on this trip will be coming back in the days ahead.

To try and get the stalled mideast peace process going again but you can see based on what's happening right now it is going nowhere fast -- -- -- Very interesting trip so far Ed thank you very much Ed Henry in Jerusalem because --
