Hi -- I -- thanks for watching us tonight the far left running Wilde once again.
That is the subject of this evening's talking points memo if the Tea Party.
As interrupted anyone speech lately shouting down a liberal person for example I have not heard about it.
If college students are being indoctrinated.
And intimidated by conservative professors.
I have not heard about it.
But on the other side the far left is becoming increasingly bold and fresh.
In trying to silence those with whom they disagree.
Last night we told you -- school Michigan Michigan tried to stop Rick Santorum -- speaking.
We intervened and the former senator will now be able to give his address but only two students who get -- signed permission slip from the parents.
Millions of high school students in America can have abortion set up by the public schools.
Without their parents even being told.
Brag about that.
One of the consequences of having a liberal president twice elected is that the fringe left feels emboldened and things you can do whatever it -- At the University of Southern California for example -- -- -- -- who teaches political science.
As turned his classroom into an anti Republican stronghold.
-- great California as -- -- all the time homer record in print and radio.
Is the last.
Best that you will work.
Republicans are trying to prevent.
People of color.
People -- incumbent voted for car -- -- -- discovered and this is generally true the least.
In America the person was less likely change their mind about it -- little like.
-- -- -- -- Education at its best would you say the tuition at USC.
More than 45000.
Dollars a year.
A couple of days you got to university Massachusetts.
-- rove was insulting.
Yesterday at Howard University senator -- Wall was insult it.
Still prize the sense of justice that MLK spoke of when he said they didn't unjust law.
Is any long.
That in the -- that a majority.
On a minority.
But does not make binding upon itself.
You know wasn't sure my speech would be entertaining but now -- -- but now you've had some energetic.
The trend is undeniable a far left intruding.
On the national discourse per averting.
The educational system and generally behaving as badly.
As any movement has since the late 1960s.
Fair minded Americans will eventually reject this explosion of zealotry as they always -- but in the meantime students and others are getting her.
A disturbing trend that must.
And I smell.
Not a top stories -- reaction join us from Washington Charles Krauthammer and I see this intrusion as a growing problems getting worse you great.
I'm not sure I think so and I do go back to the 1960s.
When instead of a fringe protest here in there.
They basically these radicals.
Took over the universities.
They occupy them they dictated policy.
The administration's caved in the police stayed out.
And then they did even something more effective they realize who you know coming in from the outside is really not gonna do much to get a little attention publicity.
-- the left decided late in the sixties early seventies.
Was what led into another two marks is still prescribe.
What's called -- march through the institutions they got inside.
They did it legally they did at the right way they got their Ph.D.s.
They got appointments they got tenure they kept out.
Conservatives and that's why you have a lot of conservative think tanks.
I think tank is essentially university without students and it's one that is not around by liberals there's a lot of conservatives are denied.
Tenure and appointments.
And they basically control.
Overwhelmingly in the elite universities aren't that worried about these elements who do the -- I think they're rude.
There -- mannered but they're also fringe and -- infantile.
They really have no effect on the national discourse.
The people who do have an effect on national discourse are people of the left to do it the right way -- either over -- generation.
Take over the universities or by working very hard in politics win election after election.
All right put.
If you're looking at a democracy a vibrant democracy.
You've got to have respect for opposing points of view.
And right now the college university system there is no respect for opposing points of view.
On any USC is a huge school schedule -- -- a stuff down a student's -- that video was shot by conservatives who knew -- had enough.
And had gone to the administration the US CNA it is today get out of here you know any any documented and then put it out to the media.
So I'm seeing that this is a big threat to our democracy here because -- you have an indoctrination at the major universities across the country which you do.
Then you're gonna have -- you know an electorate that you can see changing -- moving to the left basically because of the education system.
Well two things first of all our professor.
It's rather comical he doesn't have -- minding -- realizing.
That he is precisely.
The kind of old white guy who he says his -- and I'm thinking of down.
And of course -- -- he hasn't had a new thought obviously.
Since he was an undergraduate.
They know -- it -- I think is more important is the fact that.
We have had the last dominating the university's.
And the media and Hollywood and the Foundation's all of these cultural institutions.
For at least a generation up to 3040 years.
And you know at the beginning of that time -- sixty's well let's say the -- needs.
The eighties in the ninety's Republicans and conservatives did very well in fact -- right up to Obama in 2000 -- Since -- from -- do Obama the Republicans control national government.
Far more than did the Democrats.
I think what disturbs me is less the intolerance and the lack of respect which I think is very important.
Coming out of these hecklers.
But the leadership the lack of it that comes from the -- and the president actually said earlier in the week in Hartford.
Speaking about gun control he said something like this is a paraphrase.
You know that people on capitol have to choose.
Whether they want to protect the lives of children.
Or get in a -- from the NRA.
I mean what he's doing is accusing.
People who don't agree with him on gun control.
Not caring for the lives of children.
And being honest I don't -- statement -- and that kind of that's an example.
That sets and tell -- that sets and has the same thing will demonize anybody here disagree with what that's what they do success leading gay -- -- do it on the gun thing that's what they do.
I got one more question I only have about 45 seconds.
Why don't we see this on the right why don't we see conservative people because certainly there -- zealots on the right fanatics on the right.
But we don't see them all going into the colleges and -- shouting down people.
And the few conservative professors who don't see them indoctrinated -- one up.
Look since time immemorial.
The young people tend to be far more liberal -- conservative the old -- From Churchill and others if you not a socialist when you're twenty you don't have a hard if you not a conservative when you're -- don't have ahead.
And these are fringe infantile.
Silly people who had no influence no power and they know it.
And the only way that it aren't they silly people on the right young silly people who would do no right so I think.
They young are far more liberal.
And conservative I don't know -- did you want to see on his -- you don't see.
That kind of behavior I had its interstate hi Charles IQ I I would say we're much better world well mannered and well brought out.
Like you and me well you I would put me -- -- -- well brought out that's not my parents flaws just my personality.
Necks -- a rundown can anything be done about the nation's college.
