And reflect what in my life -- routinely wasted that could be harnessed.
And transformed into a beautiful product with a powerful mission.
And growing up in a military -- -- We were really inspired to help veterans.
At a time when veteran employment is such a pressing issue we really wanted to do our part.
And so by incorporating.

But let's not how not only -- your products look great and their fashionable.
But -- tell me how you do also help.
Sheriff so we worked with three manufacturers that employ veterans.
We also try to incorporate veterans into as much of the process is possible also with designing.
With our team members we have some veterans on our board of advisors.
I would try to incorporate them into every part of the process and you know create more jobs in addition to.
Empowering them and strengthening civil and military understanding.

You and now that you're a small business are.
I'm well since it's a pivotal rolled -- the night both throughout the military Stanley.
I dad served thirty years and retired as a colonel in the army -- uncle also served in the Marines and retired as the colonel.
And -- -- thin and brother are also both serving.
In the military so starting up and that type -- environment we were really inspired.
By their service.
And which is why I am currently serving but we also witnessed.
Large amounts of military surplus material that would often be.
Discarded her turns and we thought we could really do something with that.
-- I was fascinated to read this so much of the material is burned or buried.
You guys are doing such a great service by actually using it Betsy last.
Well how will you do little ones up and -- is deployed again at the end of this year.
Well our team is very set up for it to handle you know there will be challenges ahead but just like with any team.
-- we've had a very strong leader and I'm certain that anything that comes our way will be.
Able to help in so many people really helps us get to this point so far.
