Now -- -- -- the led police to the Cleveland home where the two other missing women were discovered any six year old girl who authorities believe as the daughter of Amanda Barea tonight.
Cleveland police are facing tough questions after numerous reports -- that they have visited the home where the women were being held in the past.
And neighbors told the Associated Press that they heard quote pounding on the doors and once saw a naked woman crawling in the backyard.
And they claim police came to the house but never went inside.
The very latest on the situation we now turn -- Fox's own Rick Leventhal standing by -- And Charlotte also learned that tonight Cleveland police are reviewing the conduct of that 911 operator because of their failure to stay on the line with a man to -- until police arrived here on scene and -- as you mentioned we can confirm the Cleveland police came to the house behind -- in January of 2004.
Of an investigation by the children and family services.
Apparently related to aerial -- job at a bus driver they came to the house they knock on the door there was no answer.
And they reportedly left but other neighbors claim that they call police and other suspicious activity over the years as you mentioned.
-- one reported hearing pounding on doors and other reported seeing a naked woman crawling through the yard.
-- eight months ago another neighbor said that she was suspicious when Castro pulled up at his school Boston went inside with a large bag of McDonald's food and several drinks.
They could say they called police they say they came here told Castro not -- -- his -- there but never went inside couldn't police say they check their records.
And there is no record of these particular cause we can't say -- at the three Brothers area -- Pedro and -- are all at county central prison.
We're told they will likely be interviewed by the FBI tomorrow more likely be charged by tomorrow night at the latest.
And tonight Amanda -- Gina de -- Michelle -- are all home.
With family members saved for the first time in ten to twelve years -- -- -- the FBI's evidence response team is still on senior tonight.
Still going through the house documenting and collecting evidence -- were told also working in the backyard possibly digging for other evidence -- Rick -- thanks for being with us and joining us now with the very latest is former LAPD detective mark -- Former DC detective Rod Wheeler and Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson junior mark -- -- -- view.
It's if -- ten years a long period of time I'm sure there's a lot of reasons they had these three Brothers involved in this case what's your reaction.
Well you know -- -- what I what I hear this it's it's bad enough when you have one suspect that actually imprisons a woman then you have multiple women and then you have.
Not one other brother but you have to and I kind of wonder what common thread.
These Brothers have that -- -- this kind of conduct that actually keeps them.
Secrets and keeps and using these women for ten years.
I kind of wonder if it was a father uncle friend or what minutes it is a horrific crime and the victims are gonna.
Are going to tell the authorities exactly what took place for ten years.
You know I while I -- -- know as much as as possible about these men Peter but Johnson junior.
It seems like there -- they were very close on a couple of occasions your reaction it's disturbing there appear to be a lot of different reports.
People being led around unleashes in the backyard people -- the window holding a child.
Banging coming from the house.
And the police evidently responded.
But found no connection between these three women who are being held here for nine or ten years.
And those particular events we also know Cleveland's had a problem.
In terms of missing persons unit.
In the past 900 page report talking about how they reform.
Their practices on investigating missing persons in Cleveland.
Rod Wheeler from waved from a police standpoint when you hear that the police showed up -- there and missed it.
A lot of questions are going to be raised in the in the days ahead.
Well you're exactly right -- first of all I'll tell you from my standpoint the true American hero as we all know is Charles Ramsey in this case I mean without hesitation mr.
Ramsey took Jackson and because of his action he saved these three -- now let me just say this about the Cleveland police -- -- -- -- -- I grew up in Cleveland.
And I know a lot of -- officers there my family still lives there.
Very familiar with this area in the so the viewers know.
The area where these girls were being held captive in the very busy area is a moderate income areas those not that have a very that's really out the outskirts though.
No I think before you pass judgment on a police department.
The main focus right now should be on whether or not there's any more victims out there because I just -- new information -- -- that.
In the basement of that -- here's the letters are I'd be written on the walk and so that's stands obviously for rest in peace summit Watson adds.
Is -- somebody buried in that backyard.
From pretty chilling and I'm sure we're gonna know in the days to come why mark Furman is there always this issue of close proximity remember it was Elizabeth Smart.
-- right -- walk right through town at one point when they actually found her.
You know in this case very close to where these girls would take it.
-- -- you just imagine what the girls felt like Karen -- their blocks away from their home for ten years Serbian held.
Captive there imprisoned but you don't missing person's age it's that it's a different cults the detective -- work missing persons.
You know 80% of missing persons.
Or actually found whether it's you know elderly or homeless.
Or -- runaway child so you have to triage that that's first if there's no evidence no witness of an abduction no violence no.
-- evidence of a struggle that there is kind of a limit to how far that they can go before they get the next -- missing person report so.
That's big catch up.
-- with a lot of these calls they did they just can't keep up bottom forever.
Peter Johnson junior what do we look and -- legally.
Hall overlooking an awful lot a lot of interrogation a lot of investigation.
A lot of different grand jury's probably and a lot of internal looks at -- Cleveland was doing.
In the light of this nine or ten your inability.
To catch these guys have in fact they're the ones who will be convicted and -- final word.
Well you know I can tell you that it from reading reports today's sound a police they have continuously been looking for these three girls -- -- comes in my mind is the case involving Jeffrey Dahmer.
Out Minnesota as we all remember when he was keeping the little -- -- Abbas that's it was the same thing the police have been of that -- so mark Furman is absolutely correct when he says these cases are very touch and go.
From a police investigator standpoint they can be kind of -- but I think the police department will continue to investigate this and hopefully find out if there's anybody else involved.
All right guys thank you all for being with us appreciate -- now still ahead tonight Fox News has obtained the written test --
