According to the Washington Post 56%.
Say they believe the IRS deliberately harassed Tea Party groups.

Now say they think the Obama administration is trying to cover up facts and Ben Ghazi terror attack.
But President Obama -- approval rating has remained steady through all of this 51% say he's doing a positive job 44%.
Joseph Trippi is a former Howard Dean campaign manager Andy Fox News contributor.
-- explain that why does the president's approval ratings stay steady.
Won so many -- Americans disapprove.
Of the things his administration has been up to.
Well I -- I think part of it is he's he's still -- personal.
Like ability people really what the white -- always had that going form but more importantly John I think what's happening it's been going on for quite awhile is.
It's gotten so partisan out there that when -- any of these.
Things emerge people go to their corners and come out fighting -- OG UUU.
If you like Barack Obama.
And and you supported him for president then you don't listen to the other side and if you don't like him.
Anything negative about -- and you don't listen any thing.
That his proponents have the -- and vice Versa if you don't like Republican Party you don't listen anything they say -- if you believe.
All the stuff that stuff about them and you don't you don't you you you believe that.
And so what's happened is in in these scandals people gone to their corners and come out the problem for Republicans is.
A majority of American voters voted for the president in just.
Last November and they're still hanging with them on his job approval.
And there are what 56%.
Who say that the IRS was deliberately trying.
To harass Tea Party members -- in Tea Party groups.
That's a problem is -- for a president whose motto might sort of be described as in government we trust.
Well I'd look I was on the first Democrats out there who do who just blasted what the IRS was doing I think bipartisan -- everybody agrees what they were doing was wrong.
The issue is did the president you know you can do something to there or order hitter was the White House involved -- that by the way that's where we'll get to to the -- that's what these hearings are about over time.
And get to what what caused this how do you fix it and who was responsible yet if this gets.
Right now I think Americans that do not believe that the president in the White House.
You did that could change as more facts come out there right now I think it is any of it turns out they -- and Republicans keep pressing.
-- try to take it there.
Did that people could believe the Republicans -- we're just going after the president and that could have ramifications in 2014.
But as the president tries to steer the country -- Or more and more government involvement in their daily lives including Obama -- I mean critics like.
Or or pundits like Chris -- -- Have pointed out that the overall theme their defense to many of these scandals.
Is essentially we're not malevolent we're just -- confident.
Well I mean it again -- that's one of those it's whenever that it could be malicious or just stupid let's fix stupid.
It -- and and I think there -- will look on all these things there was some level.
Just stupid I mean anybody who thought you could go target the Tea Party.
And in harass them or audit them specifically based on now word.
That was even if this was political calculation it was stupid malpractice political.
Calculation John so.
I there's a point there but -- again we're gonna have to see how the facts -- John one other thing I wanna point out though is over the last month.
You have the last couple months actually seen some pretty good economic numbers and one of them one of things I've been thinking about his.
As you -- unemployment goes down.
The deficit was lower than expected GDP's growing not great but it's growing.
Maybe people are feeling a little better about the economy -- that's holding the approval numbers up even.
While these negative scandal.
Situations are dragging you know should be dragging.
The administration down it's actually the economy that may be moving in the right direction finally foreign that's that's what helping hold them up right now.
Yeah after a long time of denying themselves you known some luxuries people are starting.
To buy a little bit of that is part of a film seems to be anyway thank you Joseph Trippi.
