Has been issued for New England patriot Aaron Hernandez this after a body was found less than a mile from the 23 year old tight -- home.
In Massachusetts that happened on Monday.
Sources are now saying that there's a new video.
That has surfaced that connects the NFL player to the victim.
On that prior night or earlier that morning essentially.
And the victim's mother has spoken out as well.
Of course and that's a picture of her son as we watch all of this unfold this morning.
Very tough time all around for all of these families and the players in this situation Jim -- Sports -- and a Fox News contributor of course Steve Carney -- is a former NYC chief investigator.
And former New York police sergeant he's also the director -- defend university dot com good to have you both here.
-- Jim let me start with you than they've been you know uncovering stuff in this story as we've gone along.
What have you learned.
Well it doesn't look too good for handers obviously to have this warrant issued.
Obstruction of justice.
I guess that would get him -- -- that he would at least have to answer to those questions if he is being uncooperative and we're told.
First he was -- cooperative than cooperative now once again uncooperative this will bring him men.
Obstruction of justice you don't know where that could lead to but certainly all signs are indicating that he's had a role in this affair.
And it looks like Steve there's a video that shows the two of them and two other friends I believe leaving a nightclub in early morning hours.
And also there were gunshots that were heard by neighbors.
And then there's a video of this surveillance apparently that picks -- up going back into the house shortly after those gunshots were heard.
So we've got developing here is a pretty serious.
Yet in the timeline they want to connect those two gentlemen to together and they're going to be able to do that knowledge to the surveillance video.
But through their their phones and perhaps other video that may be available from nearby homes.
So they're they're gonna make the connection broken and they are apparently the house was scrubbed claim according to the reports that we're hearing this morning.
Broken cell phones.
Also a security system that was messed with at the house.
All of that -- -- points set an attempt to cover some pent up obviously absolutely what they're gonna reduce drastically the gonna trying to rebuild that security system.
Also his phone records even though destroys phone his phone record 410%.
Available and they'll be very valuable so.
All that being said did an interview that did cleaning crew is well -- why we hear what did you see what did you observe they're -- colossal confiscate any of the things they used if available.
Let's talk a little bit about Aaron Hernandez.
-- him as a player as a young man what do we now backhand.
Well as a player he's been an outstanding player that's why he was rewarded with a contract the forty million dollar contract extension on the field he's been excellent.
-- -- Some excellent seasons he had shoulder surgery so you he.
Was being repaired this off season he missed some games last year because of his ankle.
And with Rob Gronkowski.
Having surgery several times on his forearm he's out he just had back surgery a few days ago in Los Angeles.
-- the future on the football field was very bright for Aaron Hernandez but he's had a troubled existence.
Gang activity reported when he grew up in Bristol Connecticut.
He's been accused now in Florida shooting.
A friend of his who was in the car in his -- traveled to his face it took out as -- 100000 dollar lawsuit has been -- hasn't met yesterday I didn't surface until all of this came out as and that it looks as though his friend was covered -- and and protecting him and now he wants money but the guys making forty million dollars and -- only -- -- for a 100000 -- doesn't add up together that I that I and he wouldn't identify and to the police in Florida was in the hospital for two weeks and said he didn't know who was shot and then.
So on the field he's been excellent off the field.
-- he also admitted to.
Marijuana use that's why he slipped considerably in 2010 draft I talked to couple of player personnel directors who said they really didn't want any part of him that's why he went their way around.
And you're saying before we started you know it it edit their parallels took to the Ray Lewis story.
Well Ray Lewis was involved in that double murder.
Which took place after the Super Bowl in Atlanta obstruction of justice is what he ended up playing two nobody has been convicted in that case but Ray Lewis.
And football is really it in the background -- -- Ray Lewis is gone on and had a terrific career and I was able to.
Get himself out of that circumstance and then no one was convicted you have no idea where this is going -- and Hernandez because we still don't have.
All of the facts we have so many reports and ten I guess essentially when this all comes to trial or comes out we will know.
