Back -- continuing coverage now the former patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez who was back in court today as we just reported he was denied bail for.
A second time it comes one day after police arrested him for murder.
Outside his home in Massachusetts.
Defense attorney -- he -- got are now joins us and she's got more on this time I'm fascinated by this whole thing is when they laid this case out.
They literally have this thing from the nightclub these three men rat in Boston all the way down to the alleged crimes and then back to his house and they had filled in all the pieces -- -- it's kind of amazing work in just one week gathering all this.
Absolutely I mean I think it shows us that Big Brother really is watching and essentially the prosecution has laid out their case against Hernandez.
Using a myriad of surveillance videos they've also use the surveillance videos to establish a timeline and yes if you take these pieces of evidence individually it's a circumstantial case it's not that compelling.
But collectively I think it's going to be a really big hurdle for him to overcome.
All the defense that exactly you -- that is all circumstantial evidence but then you go to these witnesses who heard gunshots by the time that car went into that field.
And then came out in that very time window that they were in there you've got witnesses saying they heard gunshots the one more piece the puzzle.
Absolutely it's just not looking good again all defense attorneys are gonna try to argue in circumstantial case -- that hey we have no eyewitnesses -- no confession.
But most cases -- are circumstantial cases and again when you have you know compilation of evidence like this.
And you also have these text messages showing that you sort of allegedly orchestrated this crime.
It's just not looking very different have you step ahead and they get another man arrested now and you had allegedly two other people -- that car with him that he orchestrated this execution style murder.
Now -- the prosecutors try to get one of these guys to turn on Aaron Hernandez how does -- work.
Bingo I think that their main guy here is Hernandez at least be some evidence we've seen so far.
I mean he's the one caught on surveillance with a -- leaving his house returning home after the alleged killing with the gun.
I think -- our main guy I think the prosecution is gonna charge and go after the other two alleged co conspirators because they haven't said yet who they believe shot the -- but they're gonna try to you know I don't know about this but they might.
Possibly offer them some type of plea deal to get information on -- but it doesn't matter who shot -- -- when they talk about orchestrating the execution at that time it doesn't matter right now although they are all facing the same they're all facing the same charges but again I think -- evidence shows Hernandez did orchestrate the crime so they will use the other potential defendants to try to get evidence.
And possibly you know evidence -- -- against Hernandez and offering them some type of plea deal.
So he takes a cell -- he smashes it in twenty different pieces he goes and he disables the entire.
Video surveillance system in this house the obstruction of justice charges we thought we're gonna come down first now that got him on murder how does that play in this case.
That does off course again it is -- not it does not look good that I mean that goes to show his consciousness of guilt you know when.
You have someone that's getting rid of evidence that he is he also appeared very unsympathetic if you noticed today in court that doesn't look -- His defense attorneys have a lot of work cut out for bad.
I think they need to work a lot also on his demeanor and his presence once that jury is -- And he's got those tattoos they're investigating it could possibly be gang symbols.
Adidas and -- where we gotta go great stuff thank you very much and it's --
