Another case police in South Florida today busting a third -- a connection with a murder.
That is put former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez is behind bars and it could be for good.
That's according to state police in Massachusetts they had said that 83 man -- Wallace was armed in dangerous in the meantime.
Officers returned yet again to Hernandez -- million dollar home outside Boston.
Last night just hours after a judge denied bail for the 23 year old saying that he poses a flight risk.
Hernandez is charged with first degree murder prosecutors say he and two other men picked up a friend of his on June 16 then.
Took -- to a remote part of an industrial park and shot him five times.
-- -- -- -- Investigators in Hernandez's home town of Bristol Connecticut yesterday arrested a second man this guy connection with the killing.
Our fox station in Boston also reports that police are investigating whether Hernandez had a role in the drive by killing of two men last summer.
That shooting following an argument at another night club in downtown Boston.
Steve -- -- joins us now he is a sports attorney Steve good to see it.
The evidence leather -- the evidence that implicates Hernandez.
Seems to -- day by day.
So far we've got 44 caliber gun casings found in his car that seemed to match the bullets used to kill Lloyd.
You've got surveillance cams at Hernandez's home showing him emerging shortly thereafter with a gun in his hand from his car.
You've got text messages cell phone records you even have.
Blue bubble gum found near the victim's body inside Hernandez's -- car.
And in other locations connected to Hernandez and Hernandez allegedly bought it I mean is circumstantial cases golf.
Disease seem like a strong one.
Absolutely I mean if if there is DNA that shows up on that I think it was -- cotton candy bloop double bubble gum.
We're going to be in some he's mister Hernandez is going to be in jail probably for a very long time.
Carlos Carlos -- -- been arrested bomb are -- try to get him to flip.
As Z you know one of the co conspirators involved in this if you had to testify we'll spare your life.
I I definitely agree that -- -- gonna try to work him over a little bit try to find out what exactly he knows and how to use that.
To use it against mr.
-- and of course -- Massachusetts there's no death penalty but still they could knock off a little bit of time he wouldn't do entirely.
Life behind bars if he -- against Hernandez.
-- What do you.
What do you make now of this second murder last summer and arguably you could all be connected.
Well I think we have to look back back in 2010.
Prior to the draft when mr.
Hernandez was a first round draft pick when he said he felt -- the fourth round so I think his talent.
But his character was a problem where they actually thought there was potentially gang affiliations.
And it basically his image around -- was affiliated himself -- So I think that all of this stuff all of this evidence is gonna be tied together and be trying to tied tied together and try to use it against him and and hey yeah I think you're right.
Let me just show the photo this is a photo that was published in the New York Post just hours before the shooting and -- is Hernandez.
Lebanese wearing -- T -- it says.
I mean Scott that Steve that may speak volumes about what happened hours later.
Now I mean what they have to obviously the prosecution -- to prove beyond a reasonable doubt and the defense that's so you know kind of take homes and a have a defense associated with that but yeah I mean there's that evidence like you said prior every single day is mounting.
New evidence comes out and of course if there's blue bubble gum.
Has his DNA associated with it is gonna be you know very.
Buried patent situation.
And you know in terms of motive -- be the judge said it best when she denied bail and cited prosecution's.
Because the victim.
Really pretty astonishing Steve Hall -- a good to see a sports attorney thanks very much.
