Find your own words and talk about it with your partner.
Or -- girlfriend or you know start a dialogue about it so that when you do go to your doctor you're sort of armed with the right information and you know knowledge is power and this is a way to empower yourself this -- You know you you one of my favorite actress and have a whole wild World Bank -- -- -- -- -- -- -- but anyway but but.
And I I think doctors -- a lousy job bring that topic up.
You know as it as -- and colleges I know that.
You know I tend to focus on this -- the other and the blood pressure and that whatever cardiovascular disease but we seldom have this you know that this sex conversation.
That's that's amazing to me and -- that was also surprising it's like.
Yeah you know the doctors need to kind of step up and talk about what they're examining.
Right exactly how good does that have.
Yeah right -- you are you enjoying your sex life you and I think that our you know our sexual health is of vital part of our overall well being.
It's surprising and but understandable.
That a lot of women.
Wouldn't wanna talk about it I mean obviously I'm quite comfortable talking about it but and that's what many are not -- out what's -- why did you get involved in this campaign.
Well because IE you know -- not quite -- -- -- menopause yet so I've been doing a lot of research so that I sort of know.
What's coming and you know.
Because there's just doesn't seem like there's a lot of information about there and then when I started hearing about this condition.
And I read a story about a woman who suffered for this for many many -- without even telling her partner.
And I -- this is amazing and then I partnered with -- game which -- you know set up this website.
Because this was a way that I could help women find their voice and that's of course makes a lot of -- Breakdown.
For me what you have learned.
In regards to some of the issues and some of the medical issues and know that.
But now that you sort of informing you the spokesperson.
What is available for women when it comes to you know this -- or.
Well I mean I'm not a medical expert I usually play -- -- hey you got it on TV occasionally.
But what I -- what I have learned is that there's many different treatments for this.
And some have been around for a long long time there's a new one now and that information is on the web site.
And because there's -- you know we have a lot of questions.
As women you know -- estrogen and no estrogen bio identical there's a lot of things that we have questions about and this is another resource where you can have those questions answered.
And I learned I've learned a lot permanent and myself yet I.
And I think you've you've you've you've really got the -- the problem down real organized because.
Number one is realizing that.
You know you don't have to suffer mental pauses.
This is the face and when this life that can be.
Stable this if you well and you know we should be I don't think we should be so.
Negative or afraid of what's coming in menopause because.
If you live a long and healthy life.
You will experience it that's the good news you know it's like women didn't used to live long enough to experience man -- exactly and now we're going to have.
You know and many many many years in -- -- so let's be informed.
And and you know treat our bodies well.
But you have to educate yourself so you know what's going on right tell me the website finding the words dot com in that website give me a little.

And -- even how to talk you know with your friends and family about it all right that's where you can start you can start.

What you're gonna say ahead of time because.
There is an interesting.
Problem that women have sort of overall about talking to their health care providers.
And whether it's -- nurse practitioner or their doctor or they're -- -- -- because a lot of tension here.
All I don't wanna complain are now I'm fine you know at it and and we take care of everyone else except ourselves and -- this kind of opens that discussion as well.
