But we're talking more about how frequent injuries are especially -- analysts in high school students and college students who.
One sport in particular there's been a lot of -- laughable safety -- talking about that.

One of the biggest changes.
Has been the increase in strength conditioning and -- training younger and younger.
Well I tell parents is that injury happens -- sport like football when there is a disparity between your child.
And the competition.
Ten year old twelve year old kid who's in and -- Not all the ten year old to the same size summer lifting weights and some are not.
That is a recipe for serious injury when there's a difference now another sport that a lot of people complain about especially because of the -- and there is running.
Talk to me about that I mean especially.
When you start running at a younger agent how does it affect you later.
What with children have a particular problem related to running.
A lot of their -- attached onto the bone in growth Hillary's.
We have fancy name for that -- -- apotheosis but it doesn't matter the kneecap tendon.
-- Achilles tendon.
-- he attacks through growth area and between ages nine and twelve this is potentially softer and growth spurt.
And even less running can give you want to two to three or four years.
Of a real disability.
If you don't.
If you do the overuse right to orally and it's really problematic and and the the other one that I was comes to my mind because I I run -- problem -- my own son.
You know especially kids that want to start building muscles yeah.
In high school.
Weight -- absolutely.
Again I think that there is -- restriction.
And I don't -- you agree or not -- weight lifting it a little too prematurely especially if you're like 1213.
What you think about though I totally agree I think there are three things I've noticed in my practice for many years which include a 50% of my practice with -- -- for about ten years.
And they were three things I noticed.
One was that weight lifting led to a cultural weight -- in the use of -- and other types of muscle.
Supplements which parent should be aware second back injuries children especially age twelve to fourteen begin to get -- you know.
Stress fractures from dead lifting and heavy lifting.
And the third is overused tended strings from a lot of upper body cause -- wanna look really buff.
And I think it's probably not a good idea to really start any serious weight training to about 1415 when the growth plates.
Calm down right.

Pay attention could you know got to go to get a lot of information from your kids but see how they behavior of their -- being -- -- complains.
