Flu vaccinations in the past it is not really I think it's something that I've overlooked.
You know help this string me it's it's priority.
In my family my my family's health.
And so after understanding and knowing how the flu can take a poll on your whole entire family.
Flu vaccinations have been a part of my family's annual routine step back to what I think you're gonna -- -- like about this.
I'm not a fan of needles at.
All and it might it hurt who did that and my son is not a fan of needles -- really cool but what's really cool is there's a vaccination now called -- squadron payments to her and this is eighty needle free vaccination.
Vaccination that's just -- nasal mist.
And that's all they had nasal spray and they just great and each not not -- It's simple it's easy it's quake.
You're not leaving that -- the pediatrician with the crying baby it's it's all good that's awesome yeah.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- You can get it from the ages of two and forty.
So if you haven't have a two year old they can definitely.
Get an -- so you've partnered on this new flu awareness campaign -- why I mean what what what prompted you other than of course being a mom -- that let.
Because I don't I do live -- Mary -- health.
And like I said Mike and we at least try to practice healthy -- -- and I'm not I wanna be the best mom that I kid.
And I -- one of the best things I can do is protect my son.
And at one of the ways I can do that is protect them from the -- a lot of people think that the flu is suggests.
That colds he's not.
It is something that especially if your child gets sick with the flu great.
It could be potentially -- turn into something the Los Angeles area you -- yeah hospitalized you can get the probably get bronchitis though.
I wanna protect my child -- that I wanna protect my family from that and and like I said I wanna -- the best mom that I can possibly be and I think.
It's a part of my responsibility to protect my and you run into problems with the flu before -- now but now I I I had I have knocked.
As a child I was constantly getting flu vaccinations but.
As a working mom and you know I'm I'm always on the goes.
Sometimes when you're out of your family -- forget about it right but now that I am a mom and I'm kind of slowing -- its import three to slow down.
And that's about -- your family.
-- little bit silly and how I came out -- -- was no lipstick and there isn't an easy half year old is way better do you know Hank child but I about it now I -- he hit it and then.
But it sure I'll I mean it's it's hard to keep up with all of these things and you know H1N1 virus remembered when Matt came as a real scare -- -- During the whopping cough yes -- -- shyness vaccinated with the will be caught this well so it's I think it's just really really important that we are aware of like -- -- Kanye or the flu and make sure that we do what ever weekend due to protect our our families working families they obviously have a lot to juggle any tips though for the working mom and a working -- -- I'm not I paint.
It's specially when it comes to house.
Our family we exercise a lot so I tried to -- at least three to four times out of the week and -- any time for that it's okay to put aside our.
-- do something for for yourself it's interesting you say that because you do you feel guilty to be doing stuff yourself right now the -- I got -- Eddie -- and I can only get the -- Time for the man exacted -- light at the end of the day we knew that when you make mom happy great make -- -- you become a better life and you become a better mom.
You become a better idea to become better at everything around so I think putting time aside for yourself is important and it will you ever not so guilty -- but I think it's really important for for us women and -- -- that.
The other thing is we eat very healthy we eat organic foods we stay away from foods that have a lot of -- a by antibiotics and conservatives.
And then we wash our hands I think washing your hands extreme -- in the street -- -- -- season even more so it's important it's it's it's it's so simple.
But it's something that we tend to forget to do so -- something that you need to train your kids to do from the very beginning yes and also I if I've learned that.
-- in the hand is is okay but -- That are being -- yes.
I just learned that yeah we like I always told my daughter you know off cost cover your out gap but not -- you don't want an early and again on -- -- -- his -- I learned that from her pre K three class -- but not smarter than that three that it our anywhere we can go for tips -- we go to get to humming yes you can go to.
-- -- -- this dot com and I also did this hilarious video which kind of shows how my life is crazy and and fast but it's important for us slowdown -- focused on her family's health.
And you can catch that video on YouTube dot com slash insist on -- tailoring yeah.
But today yeah I -- coming around.
