Contributor at plaza CEO advisor and I just I don't forget it he'll weekend workshop coming up and about where I -- November 8 to the tenth -- -- whereas and I didn't.
-- -- -- -- -- -- And if you go to -- -- -- website KR IP a value more you can go to my website Peter -- dot com.
And you could and click on it on what we're talking exit came just kinda figuring out what your sweet spot is meant staying there most of the time yeah -- -- -- -- the last -- chat that we were just talking about where it's sort of the few if you know.
If you're having to do keep working to retire.
-- if you're working in your sweet spot that's what you want to do anyway.
Thank you because you're loving the work that you're doing because it fits you so well you can did you manage your time around the things that really give you joy in that you really great.
I really -- Peter -- say 95% of our time should be spent in our suites yes so.
And I love my job and my right or 95% -- -- no because you don't have the U wanna spend the time -- -- sweet spot but not necessarily working all the time of day.
So so what this -- -- mystery spot is the intersection of your strength your weaknesses your passions and your differences.
-- and we often stay away from it we work hard actually believe it or not to stay with -- We're sort of shy of our strength right because we don't want to seem like records are arrogant affluent -- try to develop our weaknesses -- actually the worst thing you can do is -- -- there's a tremendous amount of resurgence -- -- you're not gonna develop your weakness for the better give up and stop trying to develop.
And I use them as leverage to mean there was a guy that was -- lunch with and he was he's he's you know a very very wealthy guy.
Right you sat down.
And the Aspen Caesar -- -- sure.
And the waiter said you know -- And you until you -- -- -- -- -- trip he asked for it instead with salmon.
The -- -- it's fine but it'll be a dollar extra as the skies hundreds of millions of dollars.
And he said.
You know forget it I'll just take the trip.
You know -- my -- you know let me pay for the difference let me give you the dollar they're taking a blood from -- dollar.
And you could look at him go he's crazy right in this guy's crazy or you can look and say why was he so successful because this thing we would consider a weakness -- I mean -- Actually has made him millions of dollars because -- middle -- rich people and get -- but he's made his money undervalued real estate.
So we can't stand to spend a dollar was he thinks it's already worth five yet.
Until we use the things that were considered -- or other people criticize us for.
And we find a way to use it to our advantage -- that's much much better than trying to fix it would take years of therapy.
Well listen Peter I mean my sweet spot is probably shopping if I shopped all day we'd be in ever going to navy immediately cannot hire for Bloomingdale's and Lord & Taylor is something like that I mean that -- really -- using your feet.
A ways that we can email me in mind it -- we know they're sweet spot is what are some ways we can be -- right so.
-- we actually go through some of this in the weekend in terms of you in terms of figuring out and the weekend by the way isn't just about receives about the real challenge.
Is can you spend your time in -- -- an odd and I and it hotline.
And and actually that's the other thing is that we take the things that were passionate about.
That make us different than everybody else and we relegated to hobbies -- you feel like that's not something that should be.
So you know certainly.
The first challenge is to figure out what you're street's finest and you do that there's a number of exercises you can -- to do that -- -- you do that by looking at your life.
And saying where did I feel great where -- I create a great outcome.
And where did it feel effortless even though everybody else seemed to be working really really hard around me I'm working hard.
But it didn't feel like it because I loved every minute up right other people were -- of their energy I got energy.
Those kinds of things help us to figure out -- -- sweet spot.
And then the challenge is how to light engineer in my life I don't I design and and my time and and the work that I am doing and the life that I'm living.
So that it's really.
In the sweet spot and then I'm getting the most return for the effort -- I'm putting it can can see everything coming straight to be here thanks.
