This week -- does his review on the counselor.
You may have heard it about this film already considering it's incredible star studded cast it's the story of a lawyer finds himself in dangerous world it's probable.
After getting involved in -- drug trade.
And it's -- Michael -- -- Javier Bardem Penelope Cruz.
-- -- Brad Pitt and furious acting credentials.
That behind that camera you have director Ridley Scott and this story is -- -- McCarthy who wrote No Country for Old Men.
-- I picked up then set it up for us how this story people and that.
This is not your typical drug cartel film although the trailers make it look like bad.
You have to go into -- not expecting your typical action movie you have to go in expecting this.
The B -- McCarthy's story because it is very much in line with his other works just in movie form this is is very first screenplay.
And you could tell that this is.
His writing I wonder what is like to be inside his head as -- must be very dark because it's a dark film and its violent has some very horrific moments and it not a lot but they do happen.
Lot of its condensed towards the end of the film my best -- a lawyer who gets.
You know he's pretty good guy but -- gets caught up into this.
Illegal drug trade that just goes horribly wrong and he's set up by these other people don't give anything away the entire film is a very philosophical thing that might be a buzz kill for some people but it's not so obviously just after the afterwards you think about some of the things -- And then kind of put things together and see how they relate to.
Our world today and life and death and morality you know that so on that level -- very philosophical -- you know what's typical equipment McCarthy is like.
It's it's like he's putting a magnifying glass over -- and then watching them burned and that's kind of like witnesses and all these characters that are just like.
Stuff happens to them just terrible things happen to them and they have actually no control over and that seems to be you know the very nihilistic.
Cold vision that -- -- has of the world and of people in general there are no matter if you're good or bad it doesn't matter.
Just being sucked and it's just gonna get warts and that's kind of what this -- but mixed in with this kind of drug cartel action film.
And that's the story let's talk about this star power and the power of these actors just going.
Face to face sharing screen together.
Javier Bardem Michael -- under they share a lot of.
They're all great -- this move Cameron Diaz I think this is the best -- Cameron Diaz has ever had she's just brutal you know from start to finish she's evil and just manipulative -- And kind of just.
-- -- be scary if -- that's a word to put together but.
Yet you even just from the trailer that that's the part that this is the park -- -- -- not.
I've never seen her like this before and she did a pretty good job -- able latency and that now another movie out this week -- Only predict how things unfold for this one its -- -- of the troublemakers and TV's jackass -- Johnny -- that all.
Believe this flick it's called bad grandpa just didn't go or it.
Well if you're a fan of the jackets franchises he takes Johnny Knoxville takes his famous character and actually -- a whole feature film out of it so he's dressed up as did the -- Manny takes a little boy across the country.
And then has this bit hidden video footage of of his pranks making people feel uncomfortable so big party film college kids will probably get drunk and go often see -- some love it and but I'm not quite sure how well this'll do I haven't seen as but I'm not quite sure how well taking a small skit that he -- -- his other films and and segment and shows.
And then stretching -- now for two hour hour and a half -- I think the last Jack -- was the one in 3-D yeah I'm not turn out how does it and -- actually eat it.
Quite a bit of doubt and I did okay very funny thing ever know OK they're -- -- Errol you know and -- and that are.
Let's -- or online movie -- shout out now or that counselor ahead.
