We are usually the last person that we take care.

What point did you get this balance -- mean you know I mean you have had an incredible artistic career.
Why did you incorporate that balance was it was it right from the very beginning of the you do what you get smarter about it.
I think I got smarter I was inspired which is what I hope to do on on my show is inspire people to really.
Take care themselves to to educate themselves and I think I was always interested in it.
But it's just become sort of a passion and for years I wanted to do a show called looking great feeling great.
