Let me ask you first of all tell me what team Sarah is all about.
Seems -- a grassroots.
That has been formed to advance.
The vice president presidential candidacy is Sarah -- because we all want to lift her up and support her and find ways it in our little communities.
To get out the vote for McCain Palin -- Really have a few -- name is.
I know you've been out there campaigning with her.
As a as a woman actor in fact there's so many people who have sort of -- after -- do you think there's been a liberal bias if you will -- -- toward Sarah Palin have you noticed that.
I'm now paying no liberal -- I have.
Yeah I think I think it's been.
Dishonest and disgraceful and disrespectful I think it's been rather appalling and I have insane -- like it says.
To avoid criticism.
Do not been saying that being being -- thing.
And Sarah Palin Governor Palin is something and I think she's a political star on the rise in this country and she threatens the liberals and the Democrats are now.
We have had folks on from both election -- we wanna do that always and and one of the questions I sometimes -- from people who who work in the the industry the entertainment industry.
Is it more difficult being a person who identifies as a conservative and as a Republican does that does that present its own challenges.
Doesn't get them what camp right highlights right now I think that it 99.9 percent of people in the senate Democrats so I have -- McCain and Palin sticker on my about her.
And my daughter's -- just says I Wear my McCain Palin T shirt to -- today to the pet.
We open ourselves up -- it's an interesting debates in my dodged a lot of debate -- all of a debate it.
There are -- closet Republicans that not so many but it's growing it's growing.
Have there been some comparisons that you feel are appropriate between Maggie O'Connell the role that you played and whether it's northern exposure.
And Sarah -- the real life governor of Alaska.
Well there -- been some comparisons that I find very flattering of course I was just the make believe she is the real deal.
But of course my characters from Alaska and she was.
Bright and strong.
And no nonsense and spunky and she represented.
The pioneer -- it and that's what's so fabulous about -- like the last frontier.
And she was of the pioneer spirit I think that's what governor.
Palin is she represents the heartbeat of America -- and they act our country was based on that that the brunt of our country was based on women like Sarah Palin.
Celebrities seemed to be very active this year both on the ride in the left campaign for candidates for president has and other offices.
How do do you think that there is a higher level of activity on the part of celebrities this year and if so why do you think that's happening.
Well I think so I mean it's just it's a historic campaign and people still very.
Very emotional and passionately about their country and is.
Saying that I like -- America's like an eagle it takes a left wing and a right -- to fly.
And I think that that's important for our country if we didn't have a two party system we'd be a dictatorship.
And what I am tired of -- and I think a lot of Americans are in this represented in these polls that say that congress only has a 17% approval rating.
Is that this part racism.
This partisan ship is poisoning America.
And I really think we need to come together and put country first we need we have a lot of issues on our table we have terrorism we have the economy.
We have to put country first -- in my but that's of course McCain Palin.
They stood up against there.
All party and they will reach across the aisle and I select the second to unify for the best of our country.
-- that's a wonderful spirit and I hope that that is exactly what could happen regardless of who wins.
We certainly need to come together now they're they're been some moments.
Particularly in late night comedy we have one that we're gonna present because -- sort of -- is it one of the issues that -- this week with Sarah Palin let's watch from The Daily Show.

Dollars on clothes and school -- -- behind the original thriller jacked up and.
Sitting you know sometimes there are those moments like that and -- Jon Stewart Stephen -- -- Jay Leno what David Letterman -- all had a good time some of it's been more info on some of it.
You know you wonder was it intended -- fun or was it intended to harm that.
It routines like this do you think Sarah Palin has.
Didn't hurt the say this week by the evidence that issue of the RNC providing clothing has had been an issue do you think women care about our our anybody cares about.
Well you know I think it and it gave the press fuel for the fire so to speak that she nothing about the price of those close in the shopping for those close.
-- -- gives them -- the charity and the whole focus on her clothes.
Is once again in salt because it's not about the fibers that she wears is about her moral fiber.
