Well I -- until my regular exam in December and dad they found.

I still rely on -- net but in those stocks and and that kind of it got to get an attitude that I did with the Olympics -- look at this as a -- challenge now granted this is the most difficult talent I ever faced in my life.
But that just means I have to be that more proactive -- more positive.
That much more positive and I also have to look at it as -- -- from a holistic approach I have to -- -- it on from the physical perspective I think my protein and and staying hydrated all of -- things continuing to exercise to walk.
And make sure that my body is ready but also attacking it from -- the mental perspective an emotional perspective as well.
