I would -- -- to Chicago right now.
There are apparently -- you can improve productivity.
And cal Roth is with us right now to talk about them author of the book the entrepreneur equation.
I can improve productivity without actually paying for -- Hannah.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- And you know this is so critical because we are all overwhelmed and overworked and our lives and so we need -- To work bastard to work better to work smarter.
But there's so many options that something that actually becomes even more confusing when trying to figure it out.
So -- very fortunate because I am not technologically inclined at all to have a great community of contributors -- Carol rock dot com but it turned me on that some really cool.
-- and no cost ways.
To implement technology is to help us with this work.
And one of the first ones is this file sharing.
We have these mobile lifestyles now which is great because you can work from just about anywhere.
Which is also the bad news Tracy right you can yeah from just about anywhere right but the challenges that you need access to your files so if you're in the -- says the man running home and then going on vacation and maybe even you -- -- play -- for a little bit and goes that -- the -- It's really hard to keep all of your files.
In check so really great solution for this is something called Dropbox dot com.
And Dropbox is a really easy solution you just download it and any file that you put -- -- you can access from just about anywhere.
And so it's a really easy thing to use and then the other cool thing about it is you can invite.
Other participants very securely.
To share those files which ever filed he want so that means it's opened up the world.
In terms of who you can collaborate with -- can be collaborating with somebody who's in Russia are in Australia.
Or anywhere in the United States.
Just by having this mechanism and what's really great about Dropbox it's actually free so up to two gigabytes they give you for free.
And then if you need more than mad and that's quite a lot but up to fifty gigabytes for about ten dollars a month so really cool solution for the file sharing.
And another one that we use a lot is just Google docs which is docs dot google.com.
And this is another great way because Google has all of this fantastic software from word processing to spreadsheets.
Even presentations stop -- that you can access.
Through Google docs for free.
And it's a really good platform to collaborate again because you in your contributors whether its clients -- other people on your team can actually work on the same document.
I know that I use it actually with some of my clients for project management and it's a really fantastic solution and again FRE.
Yeah Harry out that but I don't think he's as fresh stream -- -- -- myself well.
I senate file and I did as an -- -- senate -- in my like Yahoo! account I can access it anywhere but the notion that everyone could share.
He can't -- my Yahoo! account that's really what allows business to become mobile -- and him and increases your productivity -- about outsourcing a little because there's a lot of stuff -- small business person does not.
Or cannot do on their own.
That's right not only can -- small business person not do it on their own but sometimes they don't need somebody full time where they want to be able to test the waters to figure out.
What it is that they actually need so there are a number of really cool solutions for outsourced saying one of the ones that I think is really funny is called.
And it used to be the question was what would somebody do for a Klondike bar apple apparently now did -- luck would somebody do for five bucks.
And it -- there are all kinds of people who are offering their service says for five dollars and NL west.
Simple logo design.
I'll do a testimonial for your web site.
-- -- an article for you think you can actually go through and pick out what it is you need and it's five dollars and there's also what I really like -- -- here is there's a community he's so that you can chat to see if these people did a good job the last of that is -- really know.
Yeah no rest for five dollars and you've got some feedback you can find out if it's any good.
Another thing that's great there's a community called.
And then another really great solution is the hold virtual assistants because I -- might be great for a small projects.
But sometimes you need more help you need more of an ongoing support or maybe you need a lengthy research project it's gonna cost you a little bit more.
One that I use all the time is called desk -- dot com.
And their rates start at ten dollars an hour and on a project by project basis they can help you with anything.
From research to actually answering your emails and social media.
So this is again is a really great way for small businesses that have a low budget.
And don't really have the time to train employees to start helping find other people who can pick up these tasks for them yeah I and that's the way to go -- I.
