LA is a very pleasant thing to do Saturday.
Get their feedback -- thoughts on what's gone on in that.
Politics at this moment -- -- -- it's a regular here okay I see you every week it's it was a pleasure author and his story -- we've been doing a lot of that good discussions about the president's self.
Places GOP -- new wrinkle every week every week what more wrinkles than my suit.
How how did pretty good today maybe we've got to straighten that we'll see who isn't in news out and we have -- Jeannie staying out of joining NASA as well.
I associate professor of political science and international studies I -- -- college thank you so much for being here so David how what do you make of this news of -- Chris Christie.
-- Chris Christie.
Sometimes politicians actually tell the truth and I have a feeling he's telling the truth he's not gonna run and the public has a has a great.
Difficulty understand if people can walk away from this.
Rick Perry I saw.
Wandered to this building last night much to everyone's surprise or maybe got to everyone's surprise he certainly looks presidential.
He's tearing things up whether he used to sectional a candidate.
Maybe we have had too many Texans I don't know that's up to the public never have to decide I don't know.
The the Giuliani Rudy Giuliani for years ago old.
Bombed pretty badly I'm not quite sure what has changed since Canadian VP he could be a VP ME anyone can be.
Joseph Biden indicates anyone could be -- he had.
-- -- But.
So yeah what can be -- BP and sometimes you wonder if people are running for VP.
What people are really running for -- -- -- -- people do.
Is Rick Santorum really running for president.
Okay it's nice solid but is he just getting out there are so he could be a vice presidential candidate.
This this could be the case -- -- -- that.
I'm not hearing it I'm just speculating and I'm just wondering you know when a guy can't move off.
Between 2% 3% consistency what his strategy is to break out of that -- what the end game is.
Okay sell -- to do anything.
On the one -- we haven't mentioned Jon Huntsman and he's going to be here next -- in my -- and I can look he's a very exciting candidate for people I think you know like I bonds and we're gonna have a former very current governor.
I don't think we had too many.
Texans if I have too many Texans I agree I think Kimberly Thomas and her husband is another governor while -- -- and I didn't enjoy home.
That's right I like the accident.
So I do think you know I think Rick Perry is a very exciting candidate.
And I have to say I'm Rick Santorum I do me he's running in 08 and the numbers don't suggest that he really has a shot at this week's but I think he -- one of the people is running.
Because he has an agenda you know really -- -- as a policy that he wants to forward and it is truly a bit more -- it's it's truly important to get out there.
I think you know based on what -- he feels like.
His beliefs and a waste of people who support has not -- represented in the Republican Party or at least.
I'm -- on stage at this point and so he's out there for that reason now whether he thinks he really has you know the funding he really has the organization to win.
I agree and I think that's another question but I think Rick Perry and Jon Huntsman -- very exciting candidates to watch at this point.
Jon Huntsman I guess Tuesday liberty park in New Jersey where Ronald Reagan declared in nineteen I don't love that I didn't -- -- -- man I was.
That's -- you're -- there and historians and I'm Eric Young to be there.
Let's leave it like that.
OK so what do you think about Huntsman vs Kerry because I know you -- -- like Harry.
I and I.
I did about -- really I I really need to and I -- more out of him.
Huntsman I don't see where his support comes from in the party it seems -- like one of these.
Beltway chatter things.
I don't see where he breaks through.
I think Romney occupies a lot of the space that he has to.
Occupy a breakthrough on and and Romney as everyone has said.
He doesn't falter he's steady there was an editorial I think in the Wall Street Journal had a couple days ago where OK he's not he's not the stock.
That is going to yield great returns you can get excited about -- he is the is this steady the gold -- -- a bond.
Which which it might be what you need doors -- Rolling Stone said you don't always get what you want but sometimes you get what you need.
